§ 174.079 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any provision of § 174.072 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable by a fine of not less than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each day during which a violation of § 174.072 is committed or continues.
