§ 76.03 REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL.
   The City Manager shall provide the City Council with a report at the conclusion of every fiscal year indicating the number of vehicles seized and impounded by the City and the number of those vehicles released to the owner or his/her agent or authorized representative without the imposition of penalties or fees due to a finding of no probable cause.
