(A) Inspection Fees.
(1) Inspection fees are set as follows:

(4) Analytical costs or the costs of performing analyses on a non-compliance operation will be charged at the current analytical rate as charged by the City of Palm Bay Utilities laboratory and/or with any charges incurred by the City of Palm Bay Utilities in conjunction with another outside laboratory performing analyses that are not analyzed by the City of Palm Bay Utilities laboratory.
(5) Any analytical cost not covered or any cost incurred in the analytical field during a noncompliance inspection, will be billed to the violator at the City of Palm Bay Utilities cost plus the handling charges incurred by the City of Palm Bay Utilities.
(B) Industrial Discharge Permit Fees: 3 Year Period.
(1) Type I, II, and III permit fees will be set as follows:
