§ 201.67 INDIVIDUAL WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT DECISIONS.
   The Utilities Director will evaluate the data furnished by the User and may require additional information. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of a complete permit application, the Utilities Director will determine whether to issue an individual wastewater discharge permit. The Utilities Director may deny any application for an individual wastewater discharge permit.
