(A) Fats, Oils and Grease Separators.

(B) Private Lift Stations.
(1) No person shall operate, permit, cause, allow, let, or suffer the operation of a privately-owned collection and transmission system, or any facility, which will be reasonably expected to cause, or contribute to, air, ground, or water pollution without a valid operating permit issued by the City, or be in violation of any condition, limitation or restriction which is part of a valid operating permit. See Subchapter ‘Private Lift Stations’ of this chapter for specifics.
