§ 201.02 ADMINISTRATION.
   Except as otherwise provided herein, the Utilities Director shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any powers granted to or duties imposed upon the Utilities Director may be delegated by the Utilities Director to a duly authorized City of Palm Bay employee.
