§ 170.151 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CITY. The City of Palm Bay, Florida.
   LEED. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Rating System of the U.S. Green Building Council.
   PROGRAM. The City of Palm Bay Green Building Incentive Program.
