§ 72.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OFF ROAD/RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. Any motor propelled vehicle including four-wheel drive vehicles, dune buggies, motorcycles, mini-bikes, all terrain cycles, go-carts, and every other type of motor propelled vehicle used or capable of being used as a means of transportation over land areas not graded or paved for use as a road. Such term shall not include the following:
      (1)   Vehicles that are being utilized for the maintenance of property, such as riding lawn mowers, tractors, farm equipment or similar vehicles;
      (2)   Standard commercially available, four-wheel drive pickup trucks;
      (3)   Vehicles being operated incidental to development or construction on the property on which such vehicles are operating.
   POSTED. The displaying upon any property of a sign containing the word or words “posted,” “no trespassing,” “private property” or any other word or words that infer that nobody is permitted on property without the permission of the person, persons or business entity authorized to grant such permission.
   PRIVATE PROPERTY. Any land within the city, whether enclosed or unenclosed, or fenced or not fenced.
