§ 70.32 REMOVAL OF DECAL WHEN TERMINATING PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.
   The owner of the motor vehicle is responsible for removing the decal and completing the withdrawal form at the City of Palm Bay Police Department when terminating participation in the program, or when selling or otherwise transferring ownership of the vehicle.
