(A) An indemnity agreement is required for special events on city-owned property, parades, and block parties.
(B) An indemnity agreement must be executed and notarized with an original signature, and if a corporation is the applicant or the application is filed on behalf of a corporation, the company seal must be affixed to the document. The agreement must be submitted not less than fifteen (15) days before the event.
