§ 119.04 PROPERTIES NOT CONTROLLED BY THIS CHAPTER.

City-owned property already regulated under the Parks and Recreation Department is not controlled by the provisions in this chapter but, rather, is controlled by Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances.
