§ 70.01 ADOPTION OF FLORIDA UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL LAW.
   The provisions of the Florida Uniform Traffic Control Law, Fla. Stat. Ch. 316, are adopted and by this reference, incorporated herein and made a part of this section as if fully set forth herein.

Editor's note: Fla. Stat. Ch. 316 specifically reserves to municipalities, within the reasonable exercise of their police powers, the authority to regulate stopping, standing and parking; regulate traffic by officers or control devices; regulate processions or assemblages or streets; designate one-way, through and stop streets; restrict the use of streets; establish speed limits; and regulate pedestrian traffic. Approval of the state is required as to control devices on state highways.
