§ 53.25 EXERCISE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT POWERS.

Upon declaration of a State of Local Emergency, the emergency management powers conferred to municipalities by Chapter 252, Florida Statutes, shall be exercised in accordance with the City's Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan.
