§ 53.20 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW.
   Chapter 252, Florida Statutes, which provides for the declaration of a state of emergency due to manmade, natural, and technological disasters and emergencies, and which authorizes the waiver of procedures and formalities otherwise required of political subdivisions in a declared state of emergency shall be complied with by the city as it relates to municipalities.
