§ 53.09 EMERGENCY MEASURES IN EFFECT DURING PERIOD OF EMERGENCY.
   (A)   Whenever the Mayor declares that a State of Local Emergency exists, he/she may order and promulgate, after consulting with the City Manager and the Chief of Police, all or any of the emergency measures conferred to municipalities by Fla. Stat. § 870.045, in whole or in part, with such limitations and conditions as he/she may deem appropriate. The applicable emergency measures shall be contained within the Legislative Order.
