§ 52.172 SELECTION; APPOINTMENT.
   (A)   Each Council seat shall appoint one (1) member. The City Councilmember appointing a member to a board that is not created or authorized by general law, special act or municipal charter, shall have the continuing right to remove the member so appointed and to appoint another member as often as the appointing Councilmember shall deem it appropriate in order to facilitate the business of the board or committee. Council may, in its discretion, remove any at-large member by a majority vote at any time, with or without cause.
   (B)   The two (2) remaining Board members’ positions shall be considered at-large. The members shall be selected by using the City Council’s process for filling board positions.
