§ 50.28 INVOLUNTARY ANNEXATION.
   A referendum on the involuntary annexation of land adjacent to the corporate limits shall be held and conducted pursuant to Fla. Stat. Ch. 171 and the provisions of this chapter to the extent it is not in conflict with the statutes.
