§ 50.10 QUALIFICATIONS OF CANDIDATES.
   (A)   Any elector qualified under the laws of the state, having been a resident of the city for two (2) years and a registered elector in the city, residing at a city address, and who is otherwise qualified to be a member of the City Council may be a candidate for any vacancy.
   (B)   A candidate, if elected, shall continue to be a resident and an elector of the city during the term of the office.
   (C)   Each candidate shall pay a filing fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).
