§ 50.09 COMPUTATION OF TIME.
   When the date on which an act must be performed or an event must take place falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday which is observed by the city, the act must be performed or the event must take place on the preceding business day of such Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, during normal office hours.
