§ 50.06 TERMS OF OFFICE.

(A) Mayor. The Mayor, as presiding member of the City Council and chief executive of the city, shall be elected for a term of four (4) years and limited to three (3) consecutive terms.

(B) Councilmembers. Councilmembers, four (4) in number, shall be elected for four (4) year terms and limited to three (3) consecutive terms.
