§ 50.05 CHIEF ELECTIONS OFFICER.
   The City Clerk is designated as the Chief Elections Officer of the city and shall see that all municipal elections are conducted in a proper and legal manner. The City Clerk may delegate any or all of the responsibilities for administering the election to the supervisor of elections, when deemed appropriate by the City Clerk.
