(A) Drunkenness. No person in a park shall enter a park area or remain therein in a state of alcoholic intoxication.
(B) Use of alcohol. No person in a park shall use alcohol in any form in any park area except at designated times in specifically designated areas and buildings as evidenced by permit.
(C) Drugs. No person in a park shall use illegal drugs within a park area or enter a park area or remain therein while under the influence of such drugs.
