General requirements. A stormwater drainage system shall be provided for all subdivisions. The system shall be designed and constructed to be in accordance with the City Stormwater Management and Conservation Floodplain and Stormwater Management Ordinance (Chapter 174), the Public Works Manual, and any other applicable laws of any other governmental agencies such as the St. Johns River Water Management District, the Melbourne Tillman Water Control District, etc.
