§ 34.31 EXISTING RIGHTS.
   This subchapter shall not be construed to diminish the rights, privileges or remedies of any employee under any other law or rule or under any collective bargaining agreement or employment contract; however, the election of remedies provided by F.S. § 447.401 shall also apply to complaints under this subchapter.
