§ 36.15 ESTABLISHMENT AND COMPOSITION.

A four-member commission shall be created to be named Hall Field Commission. This Commission shall consist of the President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer, of the Paintsville Little League, plus another person to be appointed by the Mayor.
