(A) The Finance and Auditing Committee shall oversee the City Clerk when acting as City Tax Collector by reviewing city tax bills prior to issuance and signifying approval by having the Chairperson sign the bills and return them to the Clerk for collection.
(B) The Finance and Auditing Committee shall oversee the City Clerk when acting as City Tax Collector and shall review all receipts and expenditures and reports of such, including publication of the annual audit prepared by certified public accountants.
(C) Other duties dealing with the financial status or transactions of the city specifically designated by the City Council.
