§ 36.01  MEMBERSHIP; TERMS.
   Three members of the City Council, appointed by the Mayor and approved by the full Council, shall constitute the Finance and Auditing Committee and they shall serve for a period coextensive with their Council terms of office, with one member designated Chairperson of the Committee.
