Section 302.8 Insert. Except as provided for in other regulations, not more than one currently unregistered or uninspected motor vehicle shall be parked, kept or stored on any premises and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of major disassembly, disrepair, or in the process of being stripped or dismantled.
Exception: A vehicle of any type is permitted to undergo major overhaul, including body work, provided that such work is performed inside a structure or similarly enclosed area designed and approved for such purposes.
Section 302.10 Insert. Any dog lots or other pens, cages or any type of structure used to contain animals must be kept clean and odor free and no animal waste shall be allowed to accumulate in any such dog lot, cage, or other structure.
Section 303.15 Insert. March 1st through November 1st
Section 502.5 Add. Any and all dwelling, units or places of business is hereby required to contain an enclosed bathroom with a toilet and lavatory which is connected to city sewage and water. Section 602.3 Insert. October 1st through May 31st
