§ 154.233  PLANNED-DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AMENDMENT.
   If a planned-development project is proposed which includes a use not permitted in the district containing the proposed location, the amendment procedure may be initiated after conditional approval of the preliminary plat.  A map amendment may be made to designate the proposed location as a planned-development district.  Thereafter the planned-development project procedure shall be followed, and the map amendment, if approved, shall be valid only for that specific project as approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission in conformance with § 154.021 of this chapter.
