§ 154.230  APPLICATIONS FOR AMENDMENTS.
   (A)   Any person, firm, corporation or political subdivision may apply for an amendment to this chapter.
   (B)   The applicant petitions the Planning and Zoning Commission through the City Clerk to amend this chapter.
