§ 154.020  COORDINATION WITH SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS.
   (A)   In all cases where the land is divided for the purpose of eventual development of lots of any kind — residential, commercial, or industrial — the provisions of the subdivision regulations, when adopted for the city and amendments thereto, shall apply in addition to the provisions of this Zoning Code.
   (B)   It is desirable that access points to the arterial streets serving all zoning districts shall be located no more frequently than 400 to 1,200 feet apart.  Topography, traffic volumes, and land use shall determine the exact locations.  Access points shall also meet federal and state standards where applicable.
