§ 153.56 PURPOSE AND DUTIES.

The purpose, duties, function and powers of the Board shall be to aid in the development and promotion of industrial sites, parks and subdivisions for accommodating industry and commercial needs. All projects obtained by this Board must be approved by the City Council.
