§ 153.15 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION OF MEMBERS.

There is created a Planning and Zoning Commission, which shall be composed of seven members, as required by KRS 100.133, and which the Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of the City Council, as provided in KRS 100.141.
