§ 152.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500, imprisonment for 30 days, or both. Each day a mobile home or house trailer remains in the city limits in violation of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense, subject to the penalty just provided.
