This chapter shall not apply to mobile homes or house trailers or any structure transported on its own wheels for commercial or residential use insofar as same are located or placed in licensed mobile home parks within the city limits. If the licensed mobile home parks comply with the applicable provisions of this code and any other ordinance of the city and the laws of the commonwealth.
