Each applicant shall pay a permit fee which must be paid prior to the consideration of his or her application by the Building Inspector. The amount of each such fee shall be determined by a “permit fee schedule” promulgated by the Building Inspector and based upon the size of each excavation or fill. The amount of the minimum fee shall be $5.
