The Building Inspector for the city shall have the authority to issue a stop order to any person within the city found to be violating the provisions of this subchapter. The Building Inspector, the Planning and Zoning Commission, and other city officers and employees shall have the authority to proceed against such person to ensure compliance with this subchapter, as in the case of violations of the Chapter 154, the Zoning Code of the city.
