§ 150.17 ACCUMULATION OF DEBRIS ON PUBLIC WAYS PROHIBITED.

No person shall cause or permit any dirt, mud, gravel or other material or substance from any fill or excavation to accumulate upon any road, street, sidewalk or other public passway within the city.
