Fees, payable to the city for the issuance of various Kentucky Fire Code Permits shall be as follows:
(A) A fee of $2 shall be charged for an open burning permit.
(B) A fee of $5 shall be charged for a fireworks; permit.
(C) A fee of $10 shall be charged for the following permits and references made to specific references in the fire codes for those permits:
(1) Fire alarm systems permit, F-500.2, page 65.
(2) Airports, heliports and helistops, F-800.2, page 93.
(3) Paint spraying, F-900.2, page 97.
(4) Bowling establishment, F-1000.2, page 107.
(5) Dry-cleaning, F-1200.2, page 111.
(6) Dust explosion hazards, F-1300.2, page 113.
(7) Fumigation and insecticidal fogging, F-1400.2, page 115.
(8) Lumberyard and woodworking plants, F-1500.2, page 117.
