Every applicant procuring a license pursuant to this chapter consents and must submit to the entry upon licensed premises by the state or city police, the City ABC Administrator or other duly authorized representative of the city or state at all reasonable hours for the purpose of inspection and search of the premises, and consents to the removal from the premises of all things and articles contained on the premises in violation of city ordinances or state law, and consents to the introduction of such things and articles into evidence of any prosecution that may be brought for such offenses.
