§ 121.065  ISSUANCE OF CITY LICENSE.
   Upon issuance of a state license, the requested city license shall be issued, subject to the provisions of this chapter and state law concerning renewal, revocation and/or suspension.  No license shall be issued by the Clerk without the approval of the City ABC Administrator, which approval shall be granted only after the city receives an exact duplicate or facsimile copy of the state license issued to the applicant. The city license shall be in a form as prescribed by the City ABC Administrator and shall conform with the requirements of KRS 243.440.
