§ 121.039 REGULATIONS TO CONFORM TO STATE LAW.

All regulations which may be issued to administer KRS 243.072, this section of the Paintsville Alcoholic Beverage Control Chapter, and/or any other provision of state law or city ordinance shall conform to the requirements of KRS 241.190.
