All monies derived from annual license fees or from fines, as provided in this chapter, shall be paid to the treasury of the city and become a part of the general funds of the city. Regulatory license fees imposed under §§ 121.115 et seq. of this chapter shall be deposited in accordance with the provisions of §§ 121.115 et seq. of this chapter.
