§ 120.01 OFF-SITE SALES.

Each automobile dealer with its principal offices and business in Paintsville, Kentucky and being licensed to do business within the city may hold off-site sales pursuant to KRS 190.030, provided that, prior to any off-site sale, the required approval is obtained from the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Motor Vehicle Commission in accordance with Title 605 Kentucky Administrative Regulations § 1:060 (605 KAR 1:060), and all other applicable law.
