§ 119.43  OCCUPATION OF MANAGEMENT STATIONS.
   At least one owner, operator or employee must be situated in each station at all times that any patron is present inside the premises. A licensee commits an offense if patrons are inside the premises and the manager’s station is not occupied by an owner, operator, or employee. This section shall not apply to adult motels.
