§ 119.42 ALTERATION OF INTERIOR.

No alteration after licensing shall be made to the interior configuration of a sexually-oriented business nor shall the business alter or relocate a manger’s station without prior approval of the City Clerk, subject to compliance with the Kentucky Building Code.
