§ 119.26  EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Each license shall expire one year from the date of issuance and may be renewed only by making application as provided in the § 119.21 herein. Applications for renewal should be made at least 30 days before the expiration date, and when made less than 30 days before the expiration date the expiration of the license will not be affected.
   (B)   When the City Clerk denies renewal of a license for false or misleading information, the applicant shall not be issued a license for one year from the date of denial. If the applicant has been convicted of a violation of this chapter, the applicant shall not be issued a license for two years from the date of conviction. If any other basis of denial for renewal of license has been corrected or abated, the applicant may be granted a license if at least 90 days have elapsed since the date the denial became final and the applicant is otherwise entitled to receive a license under § 119.22 hereof.
