(A) Authority is hereby vested in the Apple Board to regulate and provide for controls regarding the granting of any such itinerant license.
(B) Authority is further granted to the Apple Board to issue itinerant licenses.
(C) The Apple Board will promulgate regulations under the authority granted herein at least 30 days prior to the Apple Festival for which the licenses will be in effect. The regulations shall be published as required by statute.
