§ 117.99 PENALTY.

Failure by the cable operator to comply with the terms and conditions established by this chapter, including its attachment hereto, shall constitute a violation of this chapter as well as Ord. 89-05A (the Cable Television Franchise Ordinance). Penalties for such violation are subject to the conditions of § 10.99.
