§ 115.01  LICENSE REQUIRED TO CARRY FREIGHT FOR HIRE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to conduct the business of carrying freight for hire, by means of a truck or trucks, or for the owner or operator of any motor truck, to operate, stop, or unload or load the same while engaged in the pursuit of any business or occupation within the city, without first having obtained a license therefor.  Applications for a license to carry freight for hire by means of a truck, or to operate, stop, or load or unload a truck while engaged in a business or occupation within the city shall be made to the City Clerk, and shall designate on such application the name of the licensee, the location of his business, and the number of vehicles intended to be used by him within the city.
